Property, verified.

The Costa del Sol, clearly seen.

Every home here comes from an agency we have verified, placed in the area it actually sits in, and measured against what comparable properties sold for.

The problem

Most listings tell you what someone hopes to get.

The same property appears under different names at different prices. Sold figures are never published. Photographs flatter. It is difficult to know what you are looking at, and harder to know what it is worth.

What we verify

01

The agency

We know every agency on Hemvista and stand behind them. Unverified listings are not published.

02

The area

Each home is placed in the specific area it occupies, not the municipality it borrows its name from.

03

The figures

Size, rooms and condition are read from the source and checked before a listing appears.

04

The price

Every home is measured against sold transactions in its own area and carries an independent price range.

How it works

  1. 01

    Verify the source

An agency is vetted before a single listing of theirs is published.

  2. 02

    Place and measure

The property is located to its area and its figures are read from the source.

  3. 03

    Price against sold data

A range is produced from what comparable homes actually sold for.

Method

Sold figures, not asking prices.

Our valuations are built on sold transactions captured area by area across the coast. Pricing from sold data rather than asking prices reduces our median error from 37.1% to 13.4%.
